#16 | Happy Easter Everyone!

Hello!

It's been nearly a year since we posted on here, so we're going to start it up again.

After a few successful local gigs we are going to embark on a mini tour of the UK.
We will be stopping at:

Sound Control, Manchester - Saturday 6th April with The Last Party
The Curiosity Shop, London - Wednesday 10th April
MelloMello, Liverpool - Thursday 11th April
The Blue Room, Blackpool - Saturday 13th April
The Blue Room, Blackpool - Saturday 4th May - Later at the Blue Room Festival!

We also have a headline gig at Three Minute Theatre, Manchester on 11th May! We're hoping for this to be a sell out show! So get your tickets now! BUY TICKETS!

#15 | This is a tasty burger.

Today we announce our forthcoming album 'STOP: Await Instructions', to be released this summer! 

Recording commenced a few weeks ago with drum tracks, and we are recording at a home studio in Mancunia. We will be updating the blog as we go along with frequent updates on our progress.

In less than two weeks, we will be recording a music video for 'Moan' on Saturday May 12th! We are fortunate to have great support from everyone for the shoot- it will be a great night (full of music... wonder... hazzzzahhhh!) #14 | And so it begins!

Good Wednesday,


So far, this year has been a year of hard work, continual stops and starts, and speed bumps around every corner. But who said being a band would ever be easy sailing!


We are at a strange, and yet exciting time... musically, structurally... economically... and the music industry is changing every day. Gone are the days of million dollar recording contracts and private jets --- music only gets heard through hard work and perseverance! Self-progressionists have no place in the modern industry. Musicians have to work together, and support one another if they're to make themselves into any sort of success. 


The past is the past


At the start of 2012, our long time drummer, Sophia, decided to leave Stella Marconi. This ultimately threw all of our plans into jeopardy, having all of the work of the previous six months gone to waste. 


However, we saw this as a great opportunity to re-group and re focus on what mattered most to us- the music, and to continue to serve our fans who showed continual support through troubling times.


Looking forward


We have recently began to record our debut, and we're incredibly excited about working to push our music further and work towards bigger and better things! All's we can say is that tomorrow, it all starts up again....

...And realised it was a small world after all.

It has been a while since we last uploaded a blog.

Today (as in yesterday) we recorded a live version of False Prophets from the Cell, played a 3 hour game of POKER, Killed some zombies and took a Trip To The Twilight Zone  (Duh Dih Duh Duh).


Here is evidence of one of those things.
